1. QUEBEC INVESTOR IMMIGRATION PROGRAM:

   • Canadian Permanent Residence for Principal Applicant, spouse and dependent Children (under 22) leading to Canadian Citizenship upon meeting the Physical presence requirement (1095 days as PR or 730 days as PR & 730 days TR)
   •  Processing Time: 3+ years (Applicant and family receive Work and study permits to come to Canada and start living here with all benefits of FREE education, health benefits, etc)
   • Eligibility:
     • Experience: Two years Management experience in last five years
     • Net Worth: Have Net worth of at least C$ 2 Million.
     • Education: High School graduate (Grade 12)
     • French Lnguage PRoficiency: Level 7 of Quebec scale of French Proficiency (B2 on CEFR)
     • Investment: C$1 million for a term of 5 years (Guaranteed by Government of Quebec) -Refundable without any interest
     • Financial Contribution: C$200,000 (Non-refundbale)
     • Stay in Quebec: Upon issuance of Work permit of 24 months, must stay in Canada for 12 months

2. START UP VISA  (SUV) PROGRAM

   • SUV is for Immigratn entrepreneurs who have skills and potential to build a vusiness in Canada that is:
     • Innovative
     • Createt jobs for Canadians
     • Can compete on global scale
   • Eligibility:
     • Education: No Requirement
     • Age: No Restriction
     • IELTS: CLB 5

     • Investment: $100,000
     • Age: 21-49

6. MANITOBA ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM

   • Business Experience: 3 years in last 5 years as Business owner or Business Manager

   • Education: Grade 12 or Above

   • Investment Required: $250,000 in Winnipeg Metropolitan region or $150,000 outside Winnipeg Metropolitan region

7. NOVA SCOTIA 

   • Net worth: $600,000 or $400,000(Outside Halifax Regional Municipality-HRM)

   •  Investment: $150,000 ($100,000 outside HRM)

   • 3 years Business owner /  management or 5 years senior Manager  experience
   • Language: CLB 5
   • Process:

     • Submit full application upon receiving an ITA
